The philosophy that conforms the Tai Chi comes from the Chinese traditional culture, whose philosophical thought has existed for more than 5,000 years.
Tai Chi consists of a series of movements that harness the energy and with it the operation and health of the organs of the body. All the muscles work and joints and “massage” all the organs.
Through movement one is able to eliminate tension; with Tai Chi, besides moving the body we make the mind concentrate in the movement and breathing, in this way the flow of thoughts must go towards where we want, causing the mind to rest.
The sequence of movements of Tai Chi executed with the suitable concentration, motor coordination, rate and breathing, induces the stimulation and operation of the organs and systems of the human body, the development of the vital energy and a state of relaxation, that promotes the improvement of health, control and diminution of stress and finally, the harmony and the balance that confer to Tai Chi its character of meditation in movement.

Tai Chi can be practiced by anyone at any age; these exercises are designed to protect and to fortify health, improves muscular tone and motricity.
